Contract Vehicles

Primescape Solutions, Inc. has the following contracts open so agencies can quickly engage our services.  These flexible, easy to use contract vehicles are available for quick and easy processing.  We currently offer the following vehicles:

GSA Schedule 70
Under Primescape Solutions, Inc. General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule Contract, government agencies can purchase Information Technology (IT) services or products at established prices.  With a GSA Schedule, the government has already negotiated contract prices and conditions, so that time required to obtain services and products is dramatically reduced.

8(a) STARS
The 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS) GWAC is a small business set-aside contract for technology solutions.

SBA's 8(a)
The SBA's 8(a) DB Program, named for a section of the Small Business Act, is a business development program created to help small disadvantaged businesses compete in the American economy and access the federal procurement market.

Department of Homeland Security CAPS (CBP Administrative and Professional Services)
Primescape is a prime contractor on this 5-year ID/IQ contract to provide administrative and professional business services to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).  The four functional areas include procurement support, financial solutions, organizational consulting, and administrative support.

Hybrid Information Technology Support Services (HITSS) IDIQ contract for IT support services
As a prime contractor on this 5-year ID/IQ contract, Primescape provides systems and software analysis and development; document analysis, development of systems design documents; computer programming; computer center operations; configuration management; software maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting; computer security; technical writing; training; and word processing support.

Department of Navy SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC)
Primescape is a prime contractor on this ID/IQ contract that includes all 22 Functional Areas of professional, engineering, technical and programmatic support services for all 7 Geographical Zones (Northeast, National Capital, Mid-Atlantic, Gulf Coast, Midwest, Southwest, and Northwest).
