Primescape Team was announced as one the awardees on the Army's HRSolutions contract. Scope of work include HR support, transition support, well-being programs support, program management, and training. Primescape is part of the Skyline Unlimited Inc. team.
August 13, 2010 - Primescape was awarded a COOP Services Contract
Primescape was awarded a COOP services contract to support an agency within the Intelligence Community (IC). Tasks include system administration, engineering, architect, and development and technical documentation.
June 21, 2010 - Primescape has been awarded BPA with HRSA
Primescape has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for SharePoint Services with Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Primescape has been providing Information Technology support to HRSA for over seven years. Services for this contract will be performed in Rockville MD.

Tasks include program and project management, technology assessment and evaluation, systems engineering, operations support, network operations and administration, Web services, acquisition and property management, information assurance, risk management, testing and verification, and training.
May 26, 2010 - Primescape was awarded an IT Operations & Maintenance Contract
Primescape was awarded an enterprise IT operations and maintenance contract with an agency within the Intelligence Community (IC). Primescape will provide a comprehensive range of IT systems operational services required to set up, configure, operate, and maintain the full suite of system components.
April 22, 2010 - Primescape will be relocating its headquarters in early June 2010
Primescape has realized consistent growth through successful client and partner relationships. March 10, 2010 - Primescape New Hire Announcement
We are pleased to announce that Shannon Brown has joined Primescape Solutions, Inc. as the VP of Federal Civilian Division. Please join us in welcoming Shannon to Primescape and wish her much success.
SHANNON BROWN – VP, FEDERAL CIVILIAN DIVISION
Shannon joins us as the VP of the Federal Division where she will oversee the OCC, DoS and HHS units. Shannon is a seasoned management executive having run IT organizations most commonly in the $20M to $50M range. Shannon is experienced in all aspects of Operational Management to include technical management and execution, as well as having a strong history of success in business development.
Before coming to Primescape, Shannon was the IT Corporate Director at Economic Systems Inc., where she assisted in expanding the company's reach into new IT areas, as well as expanding the customer base in the company’s flagship retirement and HR software. Prior to that, Shannon was the Senior Vice President of Civilian Operations at ATSC where she managed a $54M organization subsequent to helping with the merger between ATS and FEDSAC. Earlier in her career, Shannon managed various organizations at PRC (now Northrop Grumman) and Syllogistics. Shannon received her bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from George Mason University, and has taken courses towards her master in Operations Research/Mathematics.

Primescape won the re-compete of the contract with the DHS CBP to provide professional consulting services in assistance of implementation and support of management processes and controls.
January 13, 2010 - Primescape New Hire Announcement
Primescape is pleased to announce the recent hires of Tom Sanderson in the newly created position of Vice President, Human Capital and Andrew Milne as the Director of Business Development. Both Tom and Andrew joined Primescape on January 11, 2010.
THOMAS SANDERSON – VP, HUMAN CAPITAL
Tom is a seasoned HR executive with comprehensive human resources management and administration experience; including recruitment and retention, performance management, diversity program development and awareness, benefits, EEO/AA, and employee relations. In his role, Tom will oversee HR and Admin/Security departments, improving recruitment, retention, and compensation programs and reducing cycle time in delivering services to the employees while improving overall work environment.
Most recently, Tom was employed at the $6.7B Fortune 500 company, Emcor, in Arlington, VA as VP of Human Resources. At Emcor, Tom led successful delivery of human capital management services to the Government Services Group. Tom oversaw and directed the delivery of key programs and projects such as performance management, compensation review, and compliance program and audits. Prior to joining Emcor, Tom was employed as VP of HR at ATS and Harris/Orkand. Tom received his BS in Business Administration from the Trenton State College, located in Ewing, New Jersey.
ANDREW MILNE – DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
As the Director of Business Development, Andrew will be responsible for identifying and capturing opportunities within the health and environmental agencies, as well as Justice, Commerce, and Labor. Andrew has 10 years of experience marketing to these agencies with impressive capture record.
Before coming to Primescape, Andrew was the Chief Marketing Officer at HeiTech Services, Inc, a small business that recently graduated from an 8(a) program. At HeiTech, Andrew was responsible for the coordination and execution of business development, capture, contract management, and proposal development activities. At the ACS Federal Solutions, Inc. (Acquired by Xerox), Andrew was the VP of Business Development in their Federal Government Division. Prior to business development, he worked as a patent examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Andrew holds MS, Biotechnology from John Hopkins University and BS, Physiology/Chemistry from Michigan State University.
