November 2007 - Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
Enterprise System Development (ESD) is an IT professional services contract supporting the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Purpose of the ESD Services IDIQ is to support a new acquisition and management approach for acquiring, managing the development of, and implementing enterprise system development projects. Primescape is a subcontractor to Alta Systems and SAIC on this 9-year, $4B ceiling contract.

November 2007 - Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE)
Primescape is part of the IBM’s winning team on the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Operational Applications Support and Information Services (OASIS) Master Task Order under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) Contract. The scope of this effort encompasses the full range of application development services and associated application development infrastructure support. Specifically, this effort includes, but is not limited to, use of various development approaches for application development, testing, design and support of non-production environments, application development organizational consulting and related business process reengineering, release management, and related program management. The task order has a ceiling value of $1B.

November 2007 - U.S. Department of State
Primescape was awarded a 5-year contract to provide Persian Language Professional Services to the Department of State (DoS) Bureau of International Information Programs (IIP). Under this contract, Primescape will provide editing, translation, research, analysis, and IT services in support of IIP.

November 2007 - Office of the Comptroller of the Currency
Primescape was awarded a 3-year contract by the Department of the Treasury, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). For the Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) program, Primescape will provide consulting services for system design, environment administration, and expertise on IT projects throughout the enterprise for document (DM), content (CM), and records management (RM), workflow, collaboration, and e-publishing functionalities.

June 2007 - Health Resources and Services Administration
Primescape was awarded a 3 year IDIQ contract to provide support for the development, implementation, and management of Internet/Intranet Enterprise Information Systems.

April 2007 - U.S. Department of State
Primescape was awarded a prime contract for Hybrid Information Technology Support Services (HITSS) in the 8(a) set-aside pool. Team Primescape includes CSC, InfoPro and Enspier.

February 2007 – U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)
Primescape was awarded an IDIQ contract for professional and administrative services.
