Bob Spewak, Director of Business Development and Proposal Management

Bob joined Primescape in April,  2011 with over twenty-five years of hands-on experience in Federal business development with special expertise in capture and proposal management. Bob has been responsible for the successful capture of major programs in the DoD arena (NETCENTS, ITES-2) as well as many vehicles in the Civilian Sector, such as CIO-SP, TIPSS-2, DOE Omnibus, and Navy Seaport-e.

Having served as Vice-President, GWAC Center at NetStar-1, Bob is a recognized expert in the use of IDIQ and GWAC vehicles to effectively secure new business.

Prior to joining Primescape, Bob was an independent consultant providing capture and proposal development support services to clients in the Washington D.C. area. Bob has also served as Vice-President of Capture at General Dynamics IT and Vice-President of Business Development at Multimax.
