October 14, 2011 - Primescape is now a Two-Time Top 25 8(a) Contractor
Primescape has again been named by Washington Technology Magazine as a 2011 Top 25 8(a) Prime Contractor . This is the second consecutive year that Primescape has made the Top 25 list.

Washington Technology Magazine is a publication of 1105 Government Information Group, the leading media company targeting public sector markets. Created in 2006, through the merger of FCW Media Group (publishers of Federal Computer Week) and Post Newsweek Tech Media (publishers of Government Computer News, Washington Technology, Defense Systems and FOSE), 1105 Government Information Group is committed to serving government readers and advertisers with timely and targeted information.

The 2011 Top 25 8(a) rankings are based on an analysis of federal procurement data using the same group of product and service codes used to rank the annual Top 100 contractors. The codes cover IT, telecommunications, systems integration, engineering services, professional services and other IT-related spending by government agencies. Among the Top 25 8(a) companies, Primescape was 14th in total revenue.

September 8, 2011 - Primescape Awarded Foreign Language Video Production Contract
Primescape awarded a new 5 year contract with Department of State's Bureau for the Under Secretary for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs. This award expands Primescape's reach in diplomacy through innovative communication and media to an additional Department of State bureau.

Primescape will be providing in-language video production expertise in support of the Office of Counterterrorism Communications, creating vital video and multimedia content with the express purpose of supporting America's War on Terror. In-language multimedia allows for direct public diplomacy engagement and interaction, thereby reaching greater/broader segments of populations than print media alone. In addition, it supports both short term diplomatic goals as well as fostering positive environments for long term change.

September 6, 2011 - Primescape Awarded Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract with Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)
Primescape awarded a $4M contract with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) HRSA. This vehicle enables Primescape to continue supporting the Office of Pharmacy Affairs (OPA) and its information systems.

The 340B Drug Discount Program enables certain categories of federal grantees, federally qualified health center look-alikes and qualified disproportionate share hospitals to purchase outpatient drugs from Manufacturers/Wholesalers at a significantly discounted rate. Primescape has developed, deployed, and maintained the business systems with which OPA administers the 340B Discount Drug Program for over eight years. This follow-on award reflects the confidence HRSA has in Primescape's ability to support their business needs as they continue to expand the availability of health care.

August 8, 2011 - Primescape Awarded the GSA STARS II 8A follow on contract vehicle
Primescape awarded a GSA STARS II contract from the GSA. This is a 10 year contract with a Base Period of 5 Years and 5 one year options and the ceiling of the entire program is $10B.

This vehicle can be used for any agency, worldwide, and our contract covers work in the following two Functional Areas:

• CUSTOM COMPUTER PROGRAMMING SERVICES: This U.S. industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in writing, modifying, testing, and supporting software to meet the needs of a particular customer, Custom computer applications software programming services, Custom computer program or software development, Custom computer programming services, Custom computer software analysis and design services, Custom computer software programming services, Custom computer software support services, and Web (i.e. Internet) page design services.
  
• COMPUTER SYSTEMS DESIGN SERVICES. This U.S. industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in planning and designing computer systems that integrate computer hardware, software, and communication technologies. The hardware and software components of the system may be provided by this establishment or company as part of integrated services or may be provided by third parties or vendors. These establishments often install the system and train and support users of the system, CAD (computer-aided design) systems integration design services, CAE (computer-aided engineering) systems integration design, CAM (computer-aided manufacturing) systems integration design, Computer hardware consulting services or consultants, Computer software consulting services or consultants, Computer systems integration analysis and design services, Computer systems integration design consulting services, Computer integrator services, Information management computer systems integration design services, Local Area Network (LAN) computer systems integration design services, Computer network systems design services, Office automation computer systems integration design services

August 2, 2011 - Primescape Awarded TIPSS-4 Small Business - Management/Business Operations Support Services (MBOSS)
Primescape awarded a 10 Year IDIQ multiple award contract with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) with a Program Ceiling Value of $2B. This is the fourth iteration of the Total Information Processing Support Services (TIPSS) contract awarded by the IRS. Support services include a wide spectrum of IT related services for the IRS, Department of the Treasury and its Bureaus.
